User Agreement

Welcome to 莳芽记 / ShotMo (hereinafter "the App"). Please read the following terms carefully before using the service. Registering for or continuing to use the service indicates that you have read and agree to this Agreement.

• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Any loss caused by inadequate protection is borne by you;
• You may not register under another person's name, nor engage in any unlawful act or conduct that infringes upon the rights and interests of others.

The content (notes, images, etc.) you publish on the App is owned by you. You undertake that it does not contain any unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate information. We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates these rules.

• Membership is paid via Alipay; specific tiers and prices are subject to the payment page;
• Virtual membership services are generally non-refundable once sold; if technical issues such as duplicate charges occur, please contact customer support;
• We reserve the right to adjust membership benefits and prices, with advance notice before any change takes effect.

The App is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to ensure availability but are not liable for: network failures, force majeure, or data loss caused by your own operational errors. We recommend backing up important notes yourself.

We may revise this Agreement from time to time; you may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. If you violate this Agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate our service to you.

You have the right to delete your account at any time. Before doing so, please read the following notes carefully:

• Deletion is irreversible. After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in, and the account generally cannot be recovered;
• Identity information will be cleared. After deletion, your login password, bound email, and third-party bindings (e.g., Alipay) will be removed, and your email may be re-registered by others;
• Content retained for audit. To protect the rights of you and others and to meet compliance requirements, your published notes, share records, and order/transaction records will be retained (no longer editable or viewable by you) for dispute resolution and audit;
• Membership & payment. If your account has unexpired membership benefits, they will terminate upon deletion without refund;
• How to delete. After logging in, go to "Settings", click "Delete Account", and confirm with your login password.
